Estimated delivery time:
Peninsular orders (Spain and Portugal) is 2-5 business days.
International and extra-peninsular orders is 4-10 business days.
International orders depend entirely on the countries' customs to which they have been sent and depending on the country of destination; they may cause delays for which we are not responsible.

If you’d like to change the size you ordered or you prefer another model, you can send us an e-mail and we will reserve the garment for which you are making the exchange until your package arrives at our studio.
Once we have verified that the garment is in perfect condition, we will make the new shipment. The product that we receive must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must keep the instructions, documentation, accessories and its original packaging and labelling.
All shipment charges will be at your expense and will be made within a maximum of 15 days from the reception of the item, we will keep you updated about the whole process and send you a new tracking code once it’s shipped.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the purchase date and receive a full refund.
The garment must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must keep the instructions, documentation, accessories and its original packaging and labelling. Once we have verified that the garment is in perfect condition, we will issue the refund. The refund will be effective in a maximum of 30 days from receiving the return notification and will be made through the same payment method that was used to place the order.
Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer.
